UN RELAT PER NO OBLIDAR EL GENOCIDI D'ISAREL SOBRE EL POBLE PALESTÍ. La història d’una mare i un pare palestins que, després de fugir de la seva ciutat natal durant la Nakba (Ocupació israeliana de 1948 que va portar a la despossessió dels palestins de les seves cases i terrenys), torna a Haifa vint anys després per veure la seva antiga llar. Ghassan Kanafani va ser una figura molt important en la cultura palestina i en la lluita per la justícia i els drets del seu poble. A més de ser escriptor i periodista, també va ser un activista que va dedicar la seva vida a denunciar les injustícies que patien els palestins i a promoure la seva causa a través de la seva literatura i el seu treball. La seva obra sovint combina elements de la vida quotidiana, la resistència i l'esperança. Malauradament, va ser assassinat el 1972 pel Mosad (Israel).
